Sep 22, 2006·The wash cycle should take 6-10 minutes. With longer times, the water becomes too cold. The concentration depends upon water hardness and iron content. Acid rinse. Rinse the line with acidified water (pH 3.0-4.0) to remove all traces of cleaning solution (2-3 minutes minimum contact time). This should be done after every milking.
